Is there a cancellation policy?

Products are normally processed within 24-48 hours. If you do want to cancel the order, please reach out to us as soon as possible info@brainlessbuy.com

Once products are processed and dispatched, refunds will need to go through our return process.

Do I need to pay any additional custom fee?

Based on our experience, most of the custom fee can be avoided. If there is any special case where custom fees & duty are needed, we will work with our shipping agent to minimize the necessary fees.
Is there a warranty period?
Yes, we offer 1-year warranty. Simply send us photos or videos showing the faulty parts, we will provide assistance from there. Replacement parts will be sent to fix the problem.

Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, email will be sent including the tracking number. You can check the latest status at here

The tracking link is not working?

It takes up to 3 days for the tracking to reflect in the system. Tracking status will be updated when parcels are transferred from on hub to another so status might remain the same for a few days. However, it is on the way. Don’t worry.😉
